Apollo Electric is a fully licensed electrical contracting company based in the heart of New York City. Founded in 1995, the company began as a small residential electrical business when George Wasilewski moved to the United States from Poland. With a vision rooted in reputation, trust, and long-term relationships, George set out to establish Apollo Electric as a premier contractor in one of the world’s most competitive markets.

Over the years, Apollo Electric has grown steadily, expanding its footprint across all five boroughs of New York City, as well as New Jersey and Long Island. We have also established satellite offices in Florida, and Connecticut, along with AE Electric in California, supported by a dedicated travel team that provides specialized support for select projects nationwide, including work in Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and Texas.

Apollo Electric specializes in high-end single-family residential construction alongside a diverse portfolio of commercial work spanning luxury retail, hospitality, office, healthcare, and multifamily developments. Notable projects include the Porsche Tower Residences and flagship locations for luxury brands such as Gucci, Celine, Rolex, and Tiffany & Co., as well as renowned hospitality destinations including Four Seasons Restaurants, Carbone, Delilah, 40/40 Club, EATALY, and Catch.

Apollo Electric also operates a dedicated 24/7 Service Division serving the New York area, staffed by licensed master electricians and experienced specialists. Our team works with advanced lighting and control systems including Lutron HomeWorks QS, Eco-System, and other Lutron wireless solutions, both independently and in collaboration with major AV partners. In-House Departments

Our Accounting Division ensures that every project stays financially organized and transparent. From budgeting and invoicing to payroll and expense tracking, the team maintains precise records while collaborating closely with Estimating and Coordination. Clear communication across divisions guarantees that all financial decisions align with project goals, providing clients and internal teams with confidence and accountability.
Our Coordination Division manages the flow of information, schedules, and technical requirements across every project. By maintaining constant communication with Accounting and Estimating, the team ensures that timelines, budgets, and technical specifications are perfectly aligned. This collaborative approach guarantees seamless execution, reduces errors, and upholds Apollo Electric’s standard of excellence on every project.
The Estimating Division is responsible for providing accurate, detailed project cost projections that guide decision-making from start to finish. By working closely with Accounting and Coordination, estimators ensure that budgets reflect both design intent and logistical realities. Open communication between divisions allows Apollo Electric to deliver projects that are both financially precise and operationally efficient.
